Ping.fm does this the other way around, updating all your social networking sites from one place. You can even post images and voice recordings on certain sites. Oh, and it does the whole tinyurl thing automatically.
Company Buzz, helps open networking members in my LinkedIn group ( JazLive Network ). I also publish twitter rss feed in an employment blog. Twitter also has a widget that can be published in social profiles and blogs. The widget includes publisher's twitter link and displays publisher's last tweet.
